Process Facilitation is a methdology of guiding participants to derive a desired end state. It can be used in situations as simple as a problem-solving session.
In Facilitated Training, a trainer uses facilitation to guide learners in learning new skills, retaining them and transferring them to the workplace.
Therefore, I spent quite some time picking up knowledge in learning and development, while honing my skills in facilitation.
