Live | Facilitation

I devoted a huge portion of my past few years on learning and development, as well as facilitation. They may seem similar, but they are different.

Process Facilitation is a methdology of guiding participants to derive a desired end state. It can be used in situations as simple as a problem-solving session.

In Facilitated Training, a trainer uses facilitation to guide learners in learning new skills, retaining them and transferring them to the workplace.

Therefore, I spent quite some time picking up knowledge in learning and development, while honing my skills in facilitation.

Below are some of the highlights of my blog entries related to facilitation and learning.
