Schneider Bräuhaus München: Pork and Beer Never Tasted So Great!
When you decide to re-visit a restaurant the second time you are in the city, you must know it is good.

Everybody told me to eat German sausage, pretzels and schnitzels on my virgin trip to Germany (Munich), but to me, those were information easily found off the internet. I wanted to try something not-so-well-talked-about, and yet is something the locals would say, “Ja, it’s our local food.”
My Schnitzel came looking as plain as it could be. It was not huge like that of Andy’s Krablergarten, nor was it thick like that of Schneider Bräuhaus München. It just looked like plain old breaded pork cutlet.
But looks can be deceiving.
People who know Hallstatt recognises it by the classic village views, which has to be seen from the edge or from the water. No one really wants to go there to walk the streets (hidden between the streets in between the building you see on postcards), or to eat over there.
Most importantly, it gets ridiculously expensive to stay there.
Where then, do we stay when visiting Hallstatt?
I would say, among the food I had savoured on my Bavaria trip, Nuremberg sausage is my Number One fave! And I shall call it Bakwurst in Singlish!
